  * New upstream alpha release.
  * Drop patches, included in the new release:
    - python3_builtins.diff
    - python3.diff
    - icu_65.1.diff
  * Refresh debian/patches/reduce_exports.diff.
  * Drop files renaming hack from debian/rules, no longer needed.
  * Add one new symbol to debian/libqt5webkit5.symbols.
  * Fix Lintian warnings about debian/copyright.
  * Switch to debhelper-compat as a build-dependency.
